    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was very well organised - from training to the actual work. I was given actual responsibility where I was given credit for everything done well but was also responsible for everything that didn't go well. It was a steep learning curve but I enjoyed every bit of it, especially the high-level exposure to the client.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I felt extremely valued by my colleagues; they were very friendly, quite intelligent and were not only supportive but also provided useful feedback.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Senior Management was very approachable and given that they were not in meetings; they were always willing to help/teach/discuss.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Although it depends from project to project and no two days were the same. I worked an average of 11-14 hours a day. I was quite busy with multiple tasks and tight deadlines.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • We usually worked on the client site (so my experiences might not apply to all projects). The atmosphere was very nice - Accenture and client people worked together and it was a comfortable and professional environment.
