    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Enjoyment varied weekly. Some weeks I'd be really busy and others I'd be bored. Very cyclical but you get used to it.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Occasionally I would recieve appreciation and when this happened it was really great and motivating but it did not happen very often.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Both my managers are really busy. One tries his hardest to get in touch when he can tho can often go for over a month without a conversation. The other one never speaks to me at all.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
