The Role
A very friendly atmosphere where everybody tries to help you develop and empower you to achieve more.
It was made clear that my work was core for the department to progress in its overall goal. I felt a strong sense of responsibility to deliver. My colleagues encouraged me to ask questions and share my opinions. I felt valued and highly respected by my peers.
There at sometimes dry times.
A LOT of emphasis is put on training. The company wishes you to work towards chartership and becoming a chartered engineer. The training week was quite comprehensive and insightful. There were also scheduled training throughout the placement.
The Company
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
The company will be recruiting less people.
The Culture
Very very very expensive to live in Whiteley. Near no socialising. You have to get with the other trainees and go out of whiteley to have a good time.
Non existent.
