The Role
The stores are used to grads and placment students and most people are very welcoming
weekly reviews, asked for them and regular feedback.
You have to drive your own jobs list sometimes you arent spoonfed. You have to show your worth.
you are trusted with a lot and tested even early on. Great experience.

The Company
depends which store but most are great fun
Your attachements are planned for the full 12months
5-10 full training days, travel paid at a local training centre. Most extremely worthwhile.

Not yet offered a job but will find out if i am invited back for the Returner program which leads on to a job when a role is available.
The Culture
It is as good as you make it, Lots of people but its worth getting to know the other students to share experiences
Manchester isnt extortionate at all. Good prices for rent too.
Manchester is a great city
Not a lot of time outside of weekends so activities were limited.
