The Role
I really loved working for such a big company and one that I like to wear and know off. I felt proud to say I worked for the company as it has such a good reputation - and well deserved at that!
They were nice but they made the boundaries clear such as I wasn't invited in to important meetings or general discussions which made me realise that in their eyes I was just an intern student, nothing more.
Adidas is well known for the support they give students but I didn't really get any support or guidance and even when I asked they were quick to answer and shrug me off.
The quarter was a very busy department so there was always a mountain of work to get through.
All my work on the finances had to be second-checked by the assistant manager so I always felt that they didn't really trust me and had to check everything in case I'd made a mistake.
The experience definatlety benefited me and developed my employability.
The Company
There were a majority of lads in the quarter who constantly talked of sport and other boring things so it could be quite dull socially.
I must admit that the placement was seamlessly set up. Adidas were totally in control, punctual and reliable.
I went on one course which wasn't hugely beneficial or helpful or relevant either.

I'm not sure I would consider going back really. If the opportunity arose, I would have to think hard.
The Culture
Majorly the employees were male so me, as a female, didn't really hit it off with them.
Most people live in Manchester which is expensive but a great city to live in - so great I've moved in permanetly there!
I personally prefer the cinema or bowling or a meal but I've heard that the nightlife is unbeatable.
A lot of sports events not too much for fashion-minded females.
