  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I had a great year!

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I was always asked for help by multiple managers and collegues that valued my input. I was recognised with awards for some of my work.

  • I was given support when needed but not micro managed

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • My workload vaired. Sometimes I was overstreched and had to stay late.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was given an expectional amount of responsibility and was surprised on how much I was trusted from the off set. I was allowed to run my own projects with substantional budgets.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • This year will help me huge amounts when I get back to uni. Being part of a business for a year gives you a huge insight into business and makes what you learn at uni real and relevant.

  • I worked in a very quiet office, the atmosphere could have been much better.

  • It wasn't set up the best but the running of it was very smooth.

  • I was allowed to go on courses and was sent abroad for a week to work with another site which was great.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • I lived with other placements students who worked with Johnson and Johnson, it was a lot of fun.

  • Leeds is cheap!

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • Leeds has one if not the best nightlife in the UK - so much going on

  • Not really that many acitivites outside of work at all unless you organised it yourself.
