About You
My department had a quieter period, so there was not much to do.
I think it would have been more beneficial to me and the firm to understand what are my skills and how to use these in the efficient way.
Since it was a low period, there were not many tasks around.
Considering that the firm had a quiet period, I did not do tasks which were new to me. However, I learned of working with people, settling down in an unfamiliar setting, etc.
The Company
Two weeks were well structured on the behalf of HR. However, I would have prepared some tasks for me in advance so that I would not sit without much to do.
People were very nice, supporting.
The firm invested in the vacation scheme in general. However, it was not personal to nearly any extent.
The interaction between various levels of employees was well facilitated and you got a good idea of the type of works different levels do.
Two weeks in the firm is sufficient to understand the culture, because the teams are rather closely knit and people are sociable.
Everything Else
The firm pays you around the sum that would be sufficient to cover your accommodation expenses.
The firm organised a few organisation wide events.
I did not participate due to other commitments.
Yes, we were given comprehensive information about the sporting activities and CSR.
Depends on the career path and objectives. It is a not very stressful firm that still does a lot of good quality firm. However, at times the processes seem to be rather standardised.
