  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Great experience. A great chance to network with employees all around the bank.

  • Was involved in all team meetings and my opinion was always considered. Went out a few times with team as well.

  • Support was always available and colleagues went out of their way to train.

  • slow start. but once everything was set up, days got busier.

  • Made a solid contribution. Had some interaction with clients as well. Also trained a new starter towards the end.

  • Use of Excel will be very handy. Also a better understanding of financial jargon

  • Few dress down days livened up atmosphere. Otherwise the relaxed atmosphere made working easier.

  • Orientation week and training gave a good insight of what to expect.

  • Regular networking/skill sessions were organized. Initial training during orientation week was useful.

  • Networking was good, but due to various working hrs, meetings were sporadic.

  • Relatively expensive, but good social scene.

  • London nightlife!
