  • Loads of responsibility and visibility

  • I don't feel like an intern at all, I feel like a normal employee

  • I have had two different managers and they are both supportive, but they were both part time so a lot of time I spent working on my own

  • Some days I was ridiculously busy and some days I would leave early- but that is encouraged as long as you get your job done

  • So much responsibility, some times my managers would come to me to see what work they could do

  • I have developed a lot, I feel more mature

  • It depends who was in, but you can work from where you want to

  • Expensive compared to 'the north' that I am used to
