  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • My mentor was very helpful particularly across the first three weeks, I was pushed out of my comfort zone but it was exactly what I needed. The challenges kept me engaged and added to my confidence significantly.

  • Plenty of tasks to get through, various tasks which could be rotated to prevent too much repetition.

    4/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • In terms of self and time management, these skills will definitely serve me well in the forthcoming year. Integrating into the work environment was another useful thing which I think will serve me well should I ever be in a similar environment.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
