The Role
The internship was a really valuable experience. It has prepared me for a future career within the industry and has been a really interesting experience.
My team and other colleagues around the business are very helpful and willing to spare their time and value you as a team memeber.
Lots of help and support when needed but also freedom regarding my work.
The work was a very good balance. You are always busy but the amount required of you is reasonable.
I was involved in some important projects and feel I was given a good amount of responsibility.
The skills that you learn just in 10 weeks as an intern are so valuable to furture careers but also to enabling you to improve your time management, ability to work under pressure, accuracy of work and personal and business skills.
The Company
The team was small in size but everyone got on really well.
I feel it was really well organised and enabled me to get the most out of it.
I had some skills workshops and training at the beginning of the work shop but was also fortunate enough to take part in volunteering projects with the company.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
I am still awaiting to find out if I have been offered a job but I am hopeful.
The Culture
If you wanted to go for meals or drinks after work or at weekends there are always people available to spend time with. There are also internship networking event which aid the social environment.
It is in central London so is high but is what you expect for a large business city.
Plenty of bars, resturants and clubs.
There are many volunteering events, social events and clubs to take part in if you want to.
