The Role
the worst internship I had ever done, Startup china misled me into thinking I was working for a law firm with fluent english speaking employees and doing tasks that will imrove my skills.
I was not valued by SC whatsoever, they did not care about my opinion and did not try to fix my situation.
Startup China took me to my work to show me how to get there they did not support me when I told them I was unhappy with my internship. At my internship, no one spoke english so I couldn't get any support or help with tasks.
mainly bored my tasks were not challenging at all, even when I asked for more challenging work. I could have done most of the work from my home in london.
most of my tasks were obviously made up. The company did not need an intern.
The internship was the worst I have ever done. When I told SC this they did nothing about it and turned a blind eye as soon as they had my money in their pocket
The Company
they obviously didnt look into the firm I was working at and managed to find the internship only 2 weeks before I was meant to start it!
startup china did nothing for me apart from take my money and place me in a firm where a non-mandarin speaking intern can learn nothing
