The Role
The placement is challeneging and egaging with lots of responsibility.
Everyone appreciates the hard work you put in, but equally you have to earn that.
I never like i was sinking, there is always someone there to help, of course it is challenging but that provides the perfect enviroment to develop your skills.
I have to say the majority of the work i have done has been engaging and has kept me busy, coming in at entry level, you are bound to have quiet periods, but on the whole i have been kept busy
i was surprised by how much repsonsibilty i was given, if you work hard and show your worth you get more work and trust and with that comes more responsibility.
I have learnt so much from NATS, i will definitley be able to use all the trainign advice and experiwence gained towards my degree next year.
The Company
The offices are open plan which allows you to netowork effectively, along with the offices being fairly new the atmosphere is great!!
Placement scheme consists of two six months placments which was very well orgainised. You have your immediate manager and then a scheme manager who overlooks things from a placment point of view which is really helpful to have.
I have recieved lots of training. In your first week you have a a week of training and familiarisation whioch helps you to settle in and then throughout the year there is training. You can also sign up to courses on your own accord and even attend london business forum events.

I lived at home, but from what fellow collegaues have said, it isnt too expensive to rent.
Had lots of choices, mainly Southampton and Portsmouth.
yes their is a social and sports club which enables you to get involved in a variety of activities.
