About You
The day was really enjoyable. A positive atmosphere and variety of activities made it interesting.
Although the Insight Day was quite useful the information and feedback provided was general. I feel that more individual approach would be good.
The mock assessment centre exercises is a great lesson for applying for the position. Now I know what can be expected from me during the recruitment process.
The Company
The Insight Day was really well structured. First, there was some 'warm up' exercises which gave us an opportunity to meet other applicants. Then there was plenty of opportunities to learn about the organizations (presentations, chat with employers, mock assessment centre etc.). The best part was a chat with graduates.
The atmosphere was really positive. Everyone from the company was approachable and you really could ask all the questions you wanted.
The Insight Day gave me an idea how the graduate program would look like and a chat with more experienced employers showed me how long term career in the company would look like. Apart from the job, the work-life balance was discussed as well.
This day convinced me to choose a career in banking industry,
Everything Else
I was not reimbursed for the transport yet. However, I send my reimbursement form 3 weeks ago and they give themselves a month to send a cheque.
There was an opportunity to meet other candidates and 4 graduates.
There was some time to speak with graduates but could have been more.
