About You
I really enjoyed it. The spring programme taught me a lot about FMCG industry .
The staffs and employees took a lot of their time out to train us. Good presentation and various business programme.
I thought the staffs were all very welcoming. They continue to support us and were very attentive to all the questions we asked. They even organised a group of panels formed by a team of graduates.
I learned a lot about the FMCG industry and realised how much opportunities were there outside banking and finance (I'm an Economics student and did not know the opportunties that lies in front of me outside my discipline)
The Company
It was really well-planned. Everything was organised and we were giving training materials
I thought everyone here were very friendly and welcoming. Training materials can be a bit intense due to short duration we had for this programme, but it was conducted in a relaxing setting. Good balanced. Positive atmosphere.
I thought that the company invested a lot in us. The food and accommodation provided were of good quality and staffs spent a lot of time out to train us.
I enjoyed the working environment here in Unilever. It is a fast moving industry. The training materials that they gave us was very helpful in providing us the necessary info about a graduate position / summer placement.
I find the agile working environment really nice. People here are friendly, interesting and innovative. Even their offices, they were great !!!
I thought it was very eye-opening. It helps me to discover opportunities outside my discipline. It was definitely a very good experience and insight programme to be enrolled in.
Everything Else
Unilever paid for all our traveling costs, accommodation, food and drinks. Everything was inclusive.
There were a lot of networking opportunities to meet people from all different department. It would have been better if our work shadowing experience could have been lengthen.
I find it very helpful. The graduates team did an excellent job in delivering their experience with us
Unilver has amazing facilities in their Unilever house for staffs and employees to use. A lot of sporting and charity events for their employees to get involved in too
I would encourage you to apply to Unilever Spring Programme. They have quite a number of divisions that you could choose from. (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Logistics,.... etc)
