  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was a broad Insight that allowed me to expand my knowledge and understanding on to what banking really is.

    • HR called me by my name and always remembered what I had told them. Employees were very interested in learning about myself, my motivations and my background. They were all very accessible and open for questions.

    • Employees encouraged me to ask any doubts or hesitations I had. They clarified any difficult concept or procedure.

    • What I learnt will be very useful for my career.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Every single minute was planned and well designed. I always knew what I had to do and where do I needed to be headed. Instructions were always clear and well communicated.

    • The atmosphere among the employees was incredible. Everyone was passionate about their job and very talented, but at the same time they worked cooperatively and were willing to help at any time.

    • They gave me all the information needed to decide whether this industry is for me.

    • We had so many presentations and rotations that allowed us to see whether that was what we wanted to do.

    • Getting to know so many people in so many different roles really got me the chance to understand their culture and their goals.

    • They gave me such a deep insight on to what banking really is that now I feel more secure to decide on my future career path.

    • Every single expense was already funded by the firm.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • There were several events to network with different employees, from Analysts to Managing Directors.

    • They gave you the opportunity to network with almost everyone given that there were very few of us.

    • Although we didn't really got involve in any, we did heard of some.

    • It is definitely a great experience that allows you to decide whether it is for you.
