    • It was very well organised with great presenters and was good fun overall.

    • From the analyst level up to MD's everyone made me feel valued both as a potential employee but also as a character.

    • It definitely built up some of my financial accounting knowledge gaps and could help me in some finance/economics modules.

    • Very well structured, with all 5 days packed with presentations, workshops, networking event and even drinks.

    • Very friendly and casual. The mix of people was amazing!

    • Invested their time in explaining quite a lot of things.

    • Networking and shadowing were extremely helpful to understand the role of an analyst.

    • Even having a chat at the company cafe could help you get a grasp of what the culture is like at Rothschild.Shadowing definitely gave you a feel of what it is like during the actual working hours.

    • Networking opportunities with analysts up to MD's as well as shadowing analysts on two different floors.

    • Afternoon tea with Directors, lunch with analysts, overall casual and fun.

    • Rothschild encourages team spirit so employees would go out to have drinks or even go together on ski trips.

    • Definitely, amazing program, amazing people, you learn a lot and you can get fast-tracked for an interview for the summer internship!
