  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Lubrizol. All the staff were polite and helpful and the work they asked me to do was within my capability and beneficial to my future.

    • I felt that the task's I were set were normal daily jobs that qualified employee's would have done.

    • All members of staff gave up time to talk, advise and help me during my experience with them. They would make sure I was comfortable and confident in the role I was doing.

    • I believe that the skills I developed were useful and I have already found their advice beneficial as it has helped point me in the direction of my potential career.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • They mad me a timetable, hour by hour, for each day of the week. They made sure it covered all aspects of the finance office.

    • I always felt welcome, if I needed any help then I had no reservations in asking for it.

    • They spent time with me throughout my week with them making sure I was gaining an understanding and learning for the experience.

    • The firm showed me exactly what it is like to be in their position and the jobs they do.

    • I made not business expenses nut I got a good useful reference which will benefit me more in the future.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • I specified meeting with all members of staff in the Finance department scheduled in to my time table.

    • The opportunities were Limited, every day I was invited to have lunch with members of staff in the canteen.

    • There were activities but there wasn't any opportunities in my time there.
