  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • best job ever - the company made me feel welcome and I was glad to be an employee there

    • I was one of the family - everyone was nice, friendly, talkative and involved me in lots

    • best interests at heart - management were with me every step of the way, helping me out when I needed

    • Perfect balance - I had fun work to do and it was stable throughout the year - I was surprised, I didn't expect it to go so smoothly

    • Inbetween - sometimes I got to speak out to other team members at meetings but otherwise was given set work and left to get on with it

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • I'll be using them for the rest of my life - everything I've learnt will be very useful

    • The fun never stopped - everyone was nice to me and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them

    • Seamless - it was great, well organised, setup smoothly

    • Invested too much! - lots of training was provided which I enjoyed completing, I got to travel to America for a week too to see staff over there

    • I can't wait to go back - I hope I've got a job back there, I've been told to apply later as they were very pleased with me

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Made friends for life - I regularly keep in contact with other students now

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?

    • Inbetween - I stayed at home, didn't cost me anything for accomodation. Socialising cost wasn't too bad.

    • It was awesome - I had a great time

    • The opportunities were endless - I had so much to do in the year, it was great
