    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It is definitely a good career experience and opportunity as there are so many different manufacture/ assembly processes here. It expands your knowledge of industry and large companies.

    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • The guys in the office are good. Lots of banter and laughs. Also a good help toward mentoring me/ helping me out.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • The support I do get is very good but there is not always a lot of support. A lot of the work is up to me and my decisions or for me to push and ask around for the answers.

    4/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • It varies quite a lot. At the beginning I did not have much on but as I have settled I have also settled into a couple of projects here and there.

  • Surprisingly quite a lot.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • There are definitely some good life and career skills obtained but the industry I want to be in is the Mountain bike industry rather than Aerospace.
