  • Would have preferred to be busier

  • High support from my mentor, less support from manager but still satisfactory

  • Periods of low emount of work available due to low partnerdemand for assistance

  • Ability to fully manage projects with partners from beginning to end even when large amounts of money involved. Trusted with managing multiple servers

  • My skills have diversed. Multiple internal and external training courses available. Excellent place to learn new skills

  • Nice friendly team, ability to network with many different people

  • Organisation of placement was not the best, even though was infomred promptly if I had the job after the final assessment centre.

  • Manager willing to place me on multiple courses, also ability to train using the internal training system

  • Many different prospects however there is a large intake of graduates which means the work load is reduced to a below average amount

  • There are about 70 other interns

  • Living was reasonable compared to income. Many different sports clubs in the area

  • Reading town centre close by
