The Role
I really enjoyed my time at Rothschild. They made it fun and a great learning experience.
Really value their employees. Everyone was very pleasant and seemed very grateful for the extra help.
Did not micro manage. Was there when needed.
It was jam packed! So much to learn, but never too much to handle.
Yes, I was given responsibility. I shadowed a junior banker, he checked my work.
Yes! Learned so much and met some great people in the industry.

Everyone was very busy. It was a friendly and professional atmosphere.
The whole program was organised from start to finish. The presentations, the training, networking, it was all structured and planned well.
They really valued us and this opportunity for us.
