The Role
I loved my placement experience and I am very happy that I was able to do my placement with ASOS
I felt valued by my colleagues and I knew what I did effected the whole team
I was given a couple of feedback sessions while on placement which helped a lot. It would have been great to have a couple more regular, formal sessions, however we were very busy and I did know how I was doing mostly.
I was extremely busy, espeically towards the second half of my placement. This was sometimes very overwhelming and I had to stay till quite late to get the expected workload done. Some staff members flagged this to higher members of the team which helped to distrubute the workload more effectively. However, I feel it was a learning experience to help me understand how to manage my workload.
I was given a great deal of responsibility especially toward the end of the placement.
Everything I learnt at the company are skills that are invaluable to me
