The Role
All throughout the placement I was tasked with interesting yet challenging work
I was surprised to find that from the start I was treated like an actual graduate employee even though I was still a student.
I was provided with many sources of help and people to talk to in any area I was working in.
There was always work to do each day and it was up to you how you managed your time, of course depending on the level priorities assigned to each task.
I was very surprised yet pleased at the level of responsibility I was given.
The placement was so heavily linked with my course. Even upon returning to uni I have modules linking to the work I completed whilst on placement.
The Company
I was integrated in to a team and the flow of work quite quickly.
A lot of time and resources were spent getting me up to speed and to a level where I could begin work independently.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
The are many opportunities to develop a career.
