The Role
There was opportunity for job ownership and autonomy. The team was friendly, you know that your work is contributing to the team.
It was a very small team, our work was invaluable. We usually went for drinks afterwork, I still get invited for outings with the team.
I was sitting right next to my manager who is now my mentor. There was an open door policy which made work so easy.
There was always something to do. There were opportunities for me to develop and work on my own individual project aswell.
You get more responsibility the more you show yourself to be dependable. I helped organise three major events, wrote articles sat on meetings etc
Working independently, managing projects, time management, are all skills for life.
The Company
it was so much fun, I looked forward to work everyday
Well organised, but there was room for you to develop your own projects etc
We could go to all the firms training events for free, which was amazing
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
It was a our man team, and they only had room for very highly skilled workers and no position for entry level roles.
The Culture
We go out for dinners, drinks, parties, it was the perfect place to work
London is always expensive, but luckily as unpaid interns, all our outings with the team was catered for.
There was something to do everyday of the week
Corporate events, training events, talks, debates etc etc
