The Role
It was a good experience of working in industry but wasn't the most exciting project, although not boring either.
Fantastically friendly and helpful atmosphere.
Not much at the beginning but more at the end.
There were some sluck days but also some very busy days when I worked overtime but got paid for it. Some days were just fine too.
I was responsible for the whole project from deciding what needs to be done, setting meetings with other people on sites, time management to deliverables at the end.
I developed my communication and time management skills. Experience in office work and relations also on sites are very useful.
The Company
Very relaxed atmosphere with a lot of different subjects being brought up during lunch or coffee breaks!
It wasn`t that well organised at first but that gave me an opportunity to decide myself what needed doing and get on top of things on my own. I did receive a lot of support eventually.
In me not much because I was there for only 8 weeks but I know that Graduates are involved in a lot of trainings and courses. I was offered sponsorship for the last year of my study though.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Got a sponsorship for the last year of my study so I think there is high probability of a job for me!
The Culture
Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Not bad in comparison to where I study.
Not too exciting but good enough.
Not many.
