The Role
Very professional environment and I had a great job opportunity in working on a new big translation project which gave me great experience.
My skills seemed to have been much appreciated by my colleagues, and as a French native, I was asked questions and advice.
For the first part of the internship, a lot of guidance was given to me. For the big project I took part in, a bit less as it was very new for everyone.
Before the big project started, I felt bored sometimes. Then I got busy 100% thanks to the big project.
responsibility was increased week by week, in accordance with my learning.
All the skills I learnt there were really helpful, first to get my first real job, then in enlarging my areas of competences (thanks to that big project, too).
The Company
Nice people, trust and lots of team-work.
Everything was well organised for new interns as they are used to have 3-4 interns all the time.
All training was given by the company itself, the rest was more an on-the-job training.
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
I would say they are OK. The company is often looking for new employees.
The Culture
As it is a small company, we get to meet other interns easily.
London is London.
It was good.
