The Role
Working at the company felt very relaxed, there was still lots of work to do but everyone is very supportive and very helpful. The work was interesting and others will definitely come by and have a chat to make sure you're getting on okay.
Everyone treated me like I'd been working there for years, I made friends with all of them and it felt easy to fit in with everyone.
I could always get help when I needed it in just about everything I would need to ask when working there.
There were some quiet days but I was kept on my toes the whole time, all I needed to do was ask around for some work if I didn't have any.
I had a lot of work to do myself, and no one was over my shoulder the whole time. There was definitely a nice balance between working on my own and working with others.
I managed to pick up a lot of skills and experience I might never have gotten not working here. I wouldn't say I'd use all of the knowledge I picked up but I do feel I learnt a lot being there.
The Company
There were some quiet days but people would always be willing to stop by and unwind a bit.
Aside from waiting a while for my start date it was all ok.
There was a lot of training available to me.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
I would definitely consider going back there.
The Culture
There is a group for graduates and placements students that you can join.
It seemed fine to me.
Can be a bit tough to get around to some places but other than that it seemed fine.
Enough social functions to keep you busy.
