The Role
Loved it when i started and I didn't change my opinion right to my last day
I felt an integruel part of the team, being relied on for certain pieces of work
my line manager was always there to help with anything that i was struggling with/on my mind.
Throughout my time at WB i almost always had a perfect balance of being busy - sometimes being too busy and sometimes not quite enough work
Everything i did was seen by senior management and i was left to do these reports on my own
I've learnt skills that i can now apply to any work place in the future.
The Company
My role meant i had my own office - which was good but sometimes got quite quiet. That has changed now and there is an open floor plan
WB knew exactly what they were doing with the interns.
We had regular training sessions and they really wanted you to learn from them
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Without a graduate scheme it is hard to know whether a job will be available - however if you make a good impression they will always keep you in mind.
The Culture
All interns at the company got on very well and went out together regularly
Its London - its great but expensive
Something for everybody in London
I played football for the WB team which was great fun
