The Role
Great company to work for. The role was challenging, but full support was given by everyone at every step. The role provides an insight to the many different aspects of a Multi-National Business. Unlike other placement's this role has defined responsibilities, therefore a real sense of belonging and achievement is gained.
From day one, I was included in all aspects of the department. This included nightsout, team meetings etc.
The adidas group view the placement scheme as a long term investment. There is a high level of students returning to the business post-degree, therefore the management of the business seek to develop and train individuals.
The role was in a busy and challenging department, which specific responsibilities and deadline.
I was given cost centres to manage and areas of the business for which I was financially accountably for. This was initially scary, but ultimately increased my enjoyment of the role and the skills I was able to develop.
The role and in particular the skills and knowledge i developed were extremely beneficial to my final year at university and my subsequent career development.
The Company
A great atmosphere and as a sports mad individual the work was always interesting.
The adidas group view the placement scheme as valuable source of ambitious and career focused individuals, therefore have a highly efficient and well managed scheme.
