    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was by far the best internship I've done. It was very professional and I got as much out of it, if not more, as I put in.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • My colleagues treated me very well, acting as mentors to help me learn as much as possible and stretch me. The tasks given to me made an added difference and I felt fulfilled. I felt I achieved so much in a relatively short time.

  • Weekly 1-2-1, mid-placement and end-of-placement reviews with my manager all were extremely informative, giving me tons of feedback and guidance.

  • I was extremely busy, sometimes too busy but that was a personal learning in itself on time management and communication.

  • I was project manager for a couple of tasks and others I was part of a team, but I always had a lot of responsibility.

  • I have learn't a huge amount and been really inspired by this placement.

  • Focused and hard working but moments of banter and good fun.
