The Role
Rothschild provided a highly stimulating environment with great amenities and support structures.
Value-add came from performance - the more you impress on the little things the more you become valued.
There was a very flat structure which meant one could be given work by their director directly.
It all depended on the day, some days you would finish early at 10.30 or otherwise you could work through the night!
By the end of the internship there was greater trust and ability to act as an analyst on pitch books.
I now have a greater focus on detail which should provide useful in my degree.
The Company
Very fun and light atmosphere!
Very well organised - perhaps better if we could see other teams.
Yes we had an excellent week of training but the rest you learn on the job!
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Got a job!
The Culture
Yes because the intern class was around 20 everyone bonded!
Expensive as London
When we had a chance it was great as per
Little.
