    • It was clear they were taking recruitment really seriously, and had invested a lot of time and effort into the week.

    • Well structured, though with some waiting around.

    • Very welcoming and open to questions.

    • Among the more standard skill sessions, like presentation or interview skills, there were also some really good ones on innovation and implicit bias.

    • There were lots of panels and networking sessions providing comprehensive overview of the different roles in the company.

    • They seemed to be stressing it a whole lot. Diversity, helpfulness, etc.

    • Again, I think the week was a very good introduction to the sector.

    • The whole week was basically an extended networking session.

    • I guess a few more dinners would've been nice, but we had lots of networking lunches.
