  • On the whole a very satisfying and worthwhile internship

  • Mid-term review and end of internship debrief. Throughout, was given feedback on where I could improve

  • Very busy, combination of dailies as well as longer term projects to keep me busy

  • A lot, allowed to make calls, talk to other desks within the bank.

  • Developed a lot of existing skills as well as built up a broad network of colleagues within the bank

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Very good, positive, upbeat - things are going well and a lot of very bright and talented people, all of which made for a very positive working environment

  • Fantastically run by HR and my line manager, learnt a lot whilst on the internship through teach-ins on different areas of the bank

  • A number of teach-in sessions every week helped to develop my skills and knowledge in a number of different areas

  • Mostly a very sociable and fun bunch!

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • London, so very expensive. However, well compensated throughout the internship so as long as you were not planning on saving too much it was really good fun!

  • London, in short.

  • Could join the gym as well as other clubs (sporting and volunteering)
