    • Danone is a great place to work, loads of fun and really exciting!

    • Everyone is very welcoming, easy to approach and take my ideas/contribution seriously.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?

    • I have received a lot of support from my supervisor and senior managers. During my time here I have built strong working relationships with colleagues on every level. Also my supervisor has been very keen on building my profile and is happy to give me credit when I have earned it.

    • I find myself either extremely busy or its quiet. But during the quiet times I can catch up on my daily tasks.

    • At Danone you are given a lot of responsibility very quickly. However, there is always help and support available when you need it.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • I have learnt that an academic and business environment are very different and developed skills that I will continue to use in life.

    • The atmosphere is friendly and quite relaxed but everyone works very hard.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • My fellow placement students were very keen on socialising and organised a few nights out. The company also encourage socialising by organising pub quizes and other social events.

    • I live in London - great for socialising but not cheap.

    • Like I said its London!

    • There are activities around the workplace both with the company and without. But its up to you to take does opportunities.
