  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Exactly what I was expecting. Neither better no worse.

  • I believe my colleagues respected my skills and knowledge

  • A lot of support was provided.

  • Slightly more busier would be better

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • If I failed the thing I was doing, a lot of people could have been affected. On the other hand on success the impact would not be enormous.

  • Learned a lot about finance and business, something I wouldn't have done on my own

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • I am quite happy with my co-workers

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • The events for all interns were really well organized, quite entertaining and useful. On the other hand I did not have a concrete project assigned so ended up doing a few smaller ones and scavenging for more work.

  • I think the company tried their very best to prepare me for a graduate position

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • Personally I am split. I like the atmosphere and the company but prefer more "hard core" computer science related job. I wouldn't mind working for the company.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Really good to be among peers that are in the same boat as you are.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • London area is quite expensive

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • Didn't have too much desire for that. I guess it is not difficult to have nightlife if one wants, though.

  • Really good - from company wide sporting events to fun and networking
