    The Role

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • My team were very friendly and welcoming - I felt like one of the team instantly.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Everyone in the team was happy to sit down and talk me through their roles and responsibilities. If ever I needed help on anything everyone was willing to assist me - I believe this culture of people being willing to help and support interns is widely seen throughout LBG and is a huge benefit of working here.

    4/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • I would have liked more work to do. I feel that sometimes you are promised a lot of responsiblities and work to do but in reality I didn't get it. Also the work comes in waves - sometimes I was really busy which I enjoyed and sometimes I found myself very bored.

    1/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I hada degree of responsiblity however someone within the team usually checked my work before it went out - although I usually asked people to do this to ensure that I didn't make errors.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
