    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was a valuable experience and I learnt a lot, but I didn't really enjoy the kind of work I was going, The placement made me realize that this is not the type of job for me. I think there are other departments at Savills that would have been better suited for me.

    2/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I didn't feel particularly valued, but I didn't know much about real estate and investment before coming here. I worked as hard as I could and I felt valued for that, but I was mostly given basic jobs.

    2/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • People in my team were often taking a few minutes of their time to explain to tell me about the project in general and that was a great oportunity to learn for me. I appreciated that a lot.

    4/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • That was just fine, I was never too busy, nor was I ever bored.

    5/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I wasn't given much responsibility. I didn't have much experience. But I wasn't expecting that either, so I'm not desapointed.

    4/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I think the placement was very useful to improve some skills that will be useful for other jobs and also general knowledge about real estate and housing markets, etc.

    5/5

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • The athmosphere in the team was goog. They seem like they are having a great time working together, although being here only 1 month, I never felt like I was part of the team.

    3/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Well organized, nothing to say about that.

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • I appreciated being given the opportunity to work here for a month, but I don't know if I would say the company invested in me.

    2/5

  • 10. What were the perks on your work placement?
  • 1/5

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?

  • Don't know
