  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The insight day was enjoyable, but it would have been better if I could have actually experienced what a day to day job would have felt like there, e.g. a tour perhaps

    • I felt quite valued as there was not many people there so it felt more intimate and special to be amongst the few there.

    • A lot of guidance/support was given during tasks and about the day in general.

    • I learnt some valuable skills on what the company looks for that i never knew before, for example commercial awareness which I'm sure i will need throughout my life.

    • Quite well structured although there was abit of waiting around for the next speaker

    • Overall there weren't really fun tasks and could have been more interactive

    • There was training on interview skills but not much really on skills required for the actual job.

    • Insight day showed a little about what the day to day life would be like including social events however it would have been good to actually see people working and their surroundings.

    • Would have been nice to have expenses reimbursed but not really bothered

    • Yes, in the lunch break however the employees were very limited, not many
