    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • The scheme was well-structured with most training sessions being held first thing in the morning or at lunchtime so as to not disturb the rest of your day in the office. Unsure why 3 weeks was neccessary rather than 2 weeks.

    3/5

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?
  • Everyone I worked with at the firm was very friendly. I met a large range of trainees and all were very welcoming and willing to give me advice where they could.

    4/5

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • There were many explanatory talks about the firm's practice areas however I did not feel these talks really taught me anything transferable. I learned a lot about research from the tasks I was set in the office.

    3/5

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
