  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Since Airbus and EADS (Parent company) are large multinational companies, woking here exposes you to more than engineering issues. It helps you understand cultural and organisatinal structural differences. Which prepares you for future careers.

  • If there are any thing that requires clarification the management and supervisors are always approchable and goes to great length to assist you.

  • Time management skills were essential and through out the placement prioritization became an adopted skill.

  • Most of the time the work for an intern is individual. You are given a project and expected to work on it.

  • The interaction between interns was limited. Several other companies put more emphasis on communication between interns.

  • At the start of the placement several training courses were provided to familiarize with analtical equipments.
