The Role
Good, interesting work with a purpose to the company, not simply meaningless tasks and making coffee.
Colleagues were always open and willing to help. Extremely friendly working atmosphere.
Guidance and assistance given when required but also left alone when it would be beneficial.
Plenty of work to do but not more than necessary or possible.
Given overall responsibility for a personal project, with overall design and guidance from staff.
Particularly good for developing extra-degree skills, things working in a business gives you that being in university doesn't.
