  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I really enjoyed working at BAML. The people I worked with were extremely open and lovely. Even more senior employees were open to meeting us!

  • My manager liked to meet with me at least once a week to review the progress I was making on my project and to offer advice.

  • The projects I was priviledged to work on dealt with issues that were directly in line with the bank's values. Even more than this, I was given the mandate to meet with key stakeholders related to the project--and sometimes to come up with recommendations.

  • Before we begun working at our desks, we went through training sessions to help us with skills needed at our desks. Even during the internship, there were seminars available for all interns.
