About You
Everyday was enjoyable and always given work to complete and supported by other memebers.
Was always treated like anybody else and wasn't treated as though I was much lower than everybody else because i was only there for 2 weeks.
Whenever I was struggling on tasks that I was given there were always people that would be able to help me.
The summer school helped me decide that the shcool leaver programe would be the most suited option for myself.
The Company
Each day I was clear of which department I would be in and who I should contact if i had any queries.
Always a good atmosphere in the office with everyone not being too serious all of the time.
No specific training, however was helped and given advice on every task.
Eeverybody in the office was willing to talk to you about the career paths they have done and what they would reccomend which helped me decide which careeer path would be best for me
The companies culture was shown throughout the 2 weeks
Through being in the office each day I got to see how people work on a day-to-day basis.
Everything Else
Was paid for the two weeks and all travel expenses were paid.
Was invited to a quiz night along with other employees in the department.
Felt welcomed and involved
Yes all employees would speak to you about the social side of work aswell as the practical.
