  • The majority of days I was kept busy and had a wide range of jobs

  • Weekly reviews and other meetings were provided to manage development

  • lots of banter with colleagues, very friendly atmosphere. everyone willing to help

  • Strong structure in place with organised and planned training programmes. Frequent reviews to measure.

  • would come back if offered as feel settled and comfortable in organisation

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Around 20 students so good social activities are available. Also large number of new graduates.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Not cheap (similar to Bournemouth) but salary was large enough to easily cover rent and allow for some saving / spending.

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • Rubbish nightlife in Bracknell. However good pubs in Wokingham and a couple of reasonable areas in Reading for the occasional night out.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • Yes lots of clubs and activities. Including football and large number of sports. Social nights etc.
