The Role
It was a really good place to work, there is always something interesting to and everyone is really welcoming.
Everyone treats you like a permanent member of staff rather than an intern - they will come to you and ask for your knowledge and skills.
Whilst you are given lots of responsibility, there is always someone there to support and guide you.
Whilst it got busier at certain times of the year, overall there was the right balance
You are given plenty of responsibility during the year - especially when it comes to customers.
The training program is brilliant, it is useful in your working life and also everyday life
The Company
Everyone gets on really well in the office and there is always something fun going on.
There is a set program for interns to follow and this helps you adapt to the company then grow into the role.
The company invests heavily in training with internal training, external training on offer as well as the chance to gain experience in different areas with on the job training.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
There seemed to be a lot of previous interns returning to the company in full time positions.
The Culture
As there is a high number of interns, there was always social things going on and people up for doing them.
London can be expensive to live in but it is manageable on the wage given.
There are a loads of bars and clubs in central London, all with different offers to attract you.
There are plenty of schemes and organisations to get involved with, both inside and outside the company.
