    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The year has flown bye! From start to finish I felt like a valued member of the team and was challenged and given projects beyond what I would have originally expected. The company culture is great too.

    5/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, such a great team and despite the large size of the office you never felt unknown.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • The line managers trust you to get on with your tasks and jobs but offer support if you ever have questions and despite their busy schedules will always fit you in.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Never bored but lots of tasks/projects to balance.

    4/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

  • It's a fast paced retail environment with a strong work hard play hard philosophy.

    4/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Very well organised, never felt like an intern but rather a permanent member of staff.

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Were given training on the products and market which was great but otherwise no real organised training but rather learning as you go.
