    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • Fully enjoyed it because the organization was perfect. A theoretical approach combined with rotations and team building games made it impossible to be bored or expect more.

    5/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • Fully valued by the HR people and the other interns. As far as people working in the bank are concerned it definitely depended on the moment (rush time or not) and the team. Globally very positive impression!

    4/5

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • Excellent organization with a mentor coaching us before the beginning of the internship. The HR team was here to answer all the questions. During the rotations, the people were globally open to answer all the questions.

    5/5

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Since I am studying in France, I already had the theory behind the economical concepts and had already done a few internships that were longer.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • Excellent structure in the sense that it was always full of activities and opportunities for us to enjoy !

    5/5

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?
  • Without saying "fun never stopped" the atmosphere was positive since there was no pressure on the interns telling us "we will take 5 or 10 people"

    4/5

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Definitely lots of investment from JP Morgan in the interns. I really felt I was chosen for the skills I have and that the aim of the people was to train me and invest in me for the future.

    4/5

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • Excellent rotation system, rare in other banks !

    5/5

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • We had the opportunity to talk to lots of people and get a full insight of what the culture was. Indeed there were formal and informal conversations with employees both recently employed and highly experienced.

    5/5

  • 10. How valuable was the content in helping you to decide on your future career path?

    Everything Else

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?
  • Everything was reimbursed (flight, stay, food).

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • Every lunch, lots of afternoons and rotations !

    5/5

  • 13. How were the networking/ social event opportunities?
  • Opportunities were there, sometimes it was just tough to network or use social events fully out of scare that were being "tested" or "interviewed".

    4/5

  • 14. Did you find out about activities that employees can get involved in outside of work?
  • Very little, not much talk about it. I only knew what my mentor was doing but it was a specific case.
