About You
Genuinely loved pretty much every minute. Felt really welcome and the entire building had a great atmosphere. Also got to meet some great people who were totally honest about their experience.
We were all treated really well. Obviously a lot of time and money had been put into the programme.
If we needed help it was there. I didn't need anything so I can't fully comment.
The amount we were told about what the firm did and the skills we would need was phenomenal. I now know exactly what I want to do, which service line I want to take and how to get there.
The Company
Was really well-structured but we weren't given an itinerary so weren't sure when the day would end etc.
Absolutely felt welcomed and appreciated. Everyone we met was lovely and obviously liked working for Deloitte.
As it was only a two day placement, they couldn't teach us everything. But most of the business games set gave us a good insight into the firm. Except for the ERS seminar which we were given barely any direction in.
This was the purpose of the insight days and it was really well taught.
By speaking to different people about their experience I found out a lot.
Basically would like to work for Deloitte!
Everything Else
Great dinner was arranged with Deloitte members on each table.
Would have been good to have the dinner on the last night maybe as then we could stay up longer!
