  • initially very little but its all down to you proving that you can step up and take on the work.

    4/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Some good guidance however it is mainly down to your own communication skills and ability to only make a mistake once. fast learning and a positive attitude will get you far.

    3/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Working unsociable hours for weeks on end usually in the office over weekends. Good rewards down the line.

  • Responsibility is given specifically on ability and how much you can show you are able to handle.

    4/5

  • Organisation and communication (more electronically specific) around shaping comms to the audience.

    4/5

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Not a huge amount of fun - but challenging work and a very tight schedule means we were always busy. People are always happy to help each other so morale was always fairly high.

    4/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Fair - You are treated more like an employee than a placement student (which is good in my books) however can sometimes be a little challenging.

    3/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Due to financial climate there was very limited training so we had the basic training for our initial role.

  • Subsidised Canteen

    Subsidised/Company Gym

    National Travel

    4/5

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • Got a Very top rating which is rare for students - students normally get told about an offer during the exit interview which I am yet to have.

    3/5

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Great people at Accenture - always things going on. (especially on 'out of town' projects)

    1/5
